I am a student at in Uru MÄnuka. In 2020 I was a year 7 and in 2021 I will be a year 8. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. health
regular physical activity can lower your risk of heart and circulatory disease by. your heart is a muscle. if you are active regular it gets bigger and stronger. over time the bit of the brain involved in memory and learning seems to get bigger (the hippocampus). i go for bikes around the block for about 30 minutes a day. i take the dog for walks. if your not very active you could go for walks around the block.
