life edcation - boss or leader

in life education we are learning about relationship and being with other people. We have done activities in the life education bus. we played word ping pong. We did a personality test about our self i was a otter. Today we done boss and leader we had to say the opposite to the leader. We learnt the difference between boss and a leader we had to match up the sentence of a leader to the opposite of a boss .

On Friday of the 14 we were working on calendar art it was messy! I even got pint on my t-shit then we painted the end part like the stars and moon. We also got 4 chooses first one was a tree and the same then there was a horizon and a mountain with a pretty background:) the end.

Today we have been about baregragh we were learning about party lollies we did lollies we went around our class room and asked people what lollies they like there was sour lollies liquorice m+m's and party mix.

One day we had to make a table about things that are ten cm. I measured we were measuring things in the class. I measured a white board pen and I estimated 10cm and it was 13cm. I also measured other things like a TV remote a book. what I found challenging was thinking of things to measure. What I found fun about this activity was blogging about it.

In maths we are learning about measurement. today we learnt about meters. First wrote items in the class that we thought were about a meter. Next i measured then with a ruler ' I then had to work out the difference between my guess and the actual measurement. what I found hard was looking for things to measure, what i found fun about this task was blogging about the work.

In literacy I made a google drawing I made a pitcher of a colossal squid. this  was a fun task .

Bird Feeder

This term in STEM we have been learning  to create a bird feeder. First  we designed and planned it and then we created. I found building  the hardest because putting the parts together because we had to wait in line for ages to get hot glue.😀 
I found writing about it enjoyable because it was easier than building.

We learned about measuring our bodies. we used measuring tape on our hole bodies using measuring tape in cm.

Today we learned about Danny's truck i learned about ho much it will coast i figured it out 750x2.2=1650km

Time Travel

In Maths our teacher gave us a book to work on. The book is called Time Travel. There is lots of maths activities to do in the book. We had to figure out at least 2 activities. We have been investigating bases, number systems and patterns.
