I am a student at in Uru MÄnuka. In 2020 I was a year 7 and in 2021 I will be a year 8. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. It is Matariki. When it's Matariki the seven stars help the crops grown. The names of the seven sisters are Ururangi, Matariki, Waipuna-a-rangi, Waita, Waiti, Tupu-a-nuku, Tupu-a-rangi. Matariki is a Maori celebration for the Maori new year.
