This is my picture i made in class. It is a girl combing her hair with a comb. We started doing this for the summer learning journey.

regular physical activity can lower your risk of heart and circulatory disease by. your heart is a muscle. if you are active regular it gets bigger and stronger. over time the bit of the brain involved in memory and learning seems to get bigger (the hippocampus). i go for bikes around the block for about 30 minutes a day. i take the dog for walks. if your not very active you could go for walks around the block.

Experiment: red cabbage indicator

 0: battery 

1:stomach acid

Equipment:

1 red cabbage

2 knife

3 bunsen burner

4 beaker

5 water

Method:

1 cut the cabbage into small pieces.

2 place the cabbage in the beaker and fill it with 50 ml of water.

3 once the cabbage has boiled for 2 minutes turn it off and leave it to cool down.

4 once it has cooled removed the cabbage leaves and use the red water as an indicator.

In drama we had to make a freeze frame. a freeze frame is a real life photo where you stand still for 3 seconds. In this picture we are creating a scene from Mawi. There is a fisherman, rower and a starer.
