going on a bear hunt-maths directions

In maths we are learning about directions. We listened to the story going on a bear hunt. We picked out the obstetrical in the story. We then drew a map of the story. We had to carefuly think about the directions. Then we had to write  down the directions from the how to the cave we had to use north east south west.

the lorax

in Literacy we have been reading by Dr. Suess called The Lorax. We learnt all about the characters. We described The Lorax and The Once-ler. We wrote descriptions about the Once-ler. We compared the characters. We looked an what was the same and what was different about them.

coordinates

in maths we re learning about coordinates. We  learnt that you say the letter first then the number. Our map was about the story little red riding hood. We had to do 2 things. First we had to write down where the pictures are we write down the letter and number. Then we drawed the pictures on the bottom and couler them in.

pigeon impossible

 Today in literacy we watched pigeon impossible.We had a choice of 4 thing´s i did the wanted poster. in the poster we had to make a picture why they are wanted and the reward. I loved this because making the bird was challenging. The thing that was hard is the couler and border.
